Training data
Workouts you log, including exercises, sets, reps, load, and effort.
Usage data
Basic analytics to understand how the app is used and improve stability and features.
Analytics provider
We use Umami for privacy-focused analytics. This may collect general usage details like page views, referrers, and device/browser information. We do not send training data or account credentials to Umami.
How We Use Your Data

- Generate summaries, insights, and reports based on your training
- Improve product functionality and reliability
- Communicate important updates related to the service
We do not sell your personal data.
